Position Overview:
This role is not for the faint-hearted. No experience is needed; we offer the most comprehensive training available in the industry. As a Restoration Technician, you will perform production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A relentless work ethic and the ability to thrive in physically demanding conditions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and unwavering attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet emergency restoration needs.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- A proven track record of success and a winning mentality.
- Background in competitive team sports preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and provide immediate assistance to clients.
- Execute water extraction, drying, and dehumidification of affected areas.
- Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration.
- Perform mold remediation and removal procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during restoration projects.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently.
- Maintain and organize restoration equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
